At the heart of the studio is Darina Fiala — a graphic designer with over fifteen years of experience. She sets the direction of projects and guides them from the first concept through to the final result. She brings together strategic thinking, aesthetics and precise attention to detail. Her work often extends beyond the boundaries of graphic design, naturally touching on space, interior and tangible user experience. She believes that good design doesn't come from clicking through a brief, but from understanding the bigger picture. She knows when a design should stay restrained, when it needs room to breathe, and when it needs the courage to be different.

On projects, Darina works closely with graphic designer Barbora Fryčová, who specialises in graphic and web design. Together they create solutions where concept, visual quality and functional coherence come together.

She has a long-standing collaboration with photographer Adéla Friesová. Their years of working together mean they are perfectly in sync — seamlessly connecting concept with execution, whether it's composition, styling or visual atmosphere.

Depending on the nature of the project, the team expands to include specialists in strategy, marketing, illustration, interior design and other disciplines.

She created a visual identity for our Pardubice-based non-profit — a professional organisation supporting and connecting women in business — with brilliance, timelessness and attention to every last detail.
